"On Demand" Air Operated High Pressure/High Volume Coolant Delivery

The Cutting Edge Systems P-Series are air-operated machine tool coolant systems capable of delivering 1,200 psi of through-the-tool coolant pressure. The flow of coolant is "on demand" offering a constant reserve of high-pressure coolant standing ready to be gated into your spindle. This unique feature eliminates any coolant bypass and therefore eliminates the generation of heat and foaming. Standard configurations include:
