We are pleased to announce the the great news that Balcrank has been acquired by the Moratiel Group, a family owned group of fluid transfer system manufacturers and marketers. With this acquisition, the Moratiel group is one of the largest and truly global enterprises focused on fluid transfer systems for the automotive and truck markets. Operations of Balcrank will continue unaffected and be an important part of the multi-brand strategy of the Moratiel Group. Please rest assured that Balcrank will continue its 103 year tradition of serving our customers without any interruption in service and quality. There are no planned changes in the selling organization or our valued distributors. We at Balcrank are very excited to be a part of the global organization with access to a much broader range of products and technologies.

Organizational Announcement:
We are pleased to announce the promotion of Noelle Hegler to Manager of Engineering and Product Development effective immediately. Noelle has been instrumental in implementing quality systems and increasing quality awareness at Balcrank over the past two years. In addition to continuing that effort, she will bring the same dedication and drive to improving our product development, product design and manufacturing engineering. All engineering, technical service and quality personnel will report directly to Noelle. Please join us in congratulating Noelle on her new role and wishing her success in that role
We are pleased to announce the promotion of Scott Roberts to Design Engineer effective immediately. Scott has been with Balcrank over 2 years and has distinguished himself by cultivating the research and development of the newest product line of DEF products. In addition to this current product line, he has continued to provide insight and experience that has been instrumental in helping mold the design and product development processes to ensure continued success of Balcrank Products
