The Technical Service Training (Service School) is held at the Balcrank Corporate facility in Weaverville, North Carolina. To ensure the most effective use of resources, time and costs involved with conducting service school: limits on the minimum and maximum numbers of persons attending have been set. The minimum number of persons attending service school is five (5) and the maximum number is twelve (12). The benefit of this is the enhancement of training through the sharing of knowledge and experience. As well as, ensuring ample time is available for detailed training on topics of interest to the class as a whole.
Attendees should plan to arrive Sunday afternoon, and leave after 4pm, ET on Tuesday. To ensure each attendee receives the full benefit of Service School; it is critical that attendees participate until the close of Service School, at 4 pm on Tuesday.
Service schools are held three times a year and every effort is made to meet the minimum attendance requirement. In the event the minimum attendance requirement is not met, the persons scheduled to attend the course will be notified via phone and/or email of the course cancellation. Based on this criterion, the decision to cancel the course will be made three weeks prior to the scheduled course date. (No reimbursement for plane tickets.).
Please Note: A company purchase order is required for those planning to attend. When we receive your purchase order, we will then register your company for Service School and make hotel reservations, on your behalf. Please let us know if the attendee(s) will be flying or driving for purposes of the hotel reservations. If the registered person is unable to attend, a substitute may attend in their place to avoid a charge to your company. If there is a no-show, your company will be billed per the purchase order.
