2024 Schedule and Information for all Classes

The school is held at the Balcrank Corporate facility in Weaverville, North Carolina.

To ensure the most effective use of resources, time, and costs involved with conducting classes: limits on the minimum and maximum numbers of persons attending have been set. The minimum number of persons attending classes is five (5) and the maximum number is eleven (11). The benefit of this is the enhancement of training through the sharing of knowledge and experience. As well as, ensuring ample time is available for detailed training on topics of interest to the class as a whole.

Attendees should plan to arrive Sunday afternoon, and leave after 4 pm, ET on Tuesday.
We will be sending a letter to all enrolled with the hotel information. Balcrank will provide transportation to and from the hotel during the training, all other transportation including air travel and transportation to and from the airport is the responsibility of the participants (UBER, Lyft and Taxis are available at the airport).  

To ensure each attendee receives the full benefit of classes; it is critical that attendees participate until the close of class, at 4 pm on Tuesday.

Schools are held three to four times a year and every effort is made to meet the minimum attendance requirement.

Based on this criterion, the decision to cancel any course will be based on plane flights that have been booked and confirmed. If tickets are confirmed, the course will be held. If no tickets are booked, possible cancellation will be based on the minimum attendance requirement.

Please Note: A company purchase order is required for those planning to attend. When we receive your purchase order, we will then register your company for classes and make hotel reservations, on your behalf. Please let us know if the attendee(s) will be flying or driving for purposes of the hotel reservations. If the registered person is unable to attend, a substitute may attend in their place to avoid a charge to your company. If there is a no-show, your company will be billed per the purchase order.
