Balcrank’s Customer Survey

Balcrank is now and has always been concerned about the level of service that we provide. We take pride in what we manufacture and strive to provide the best service possible. We hold the relationship with our distributors as one of our greatest accomplishments.

The last few years have been very trying for all of us with logistics, employees and raw material challenges to overcome. We have met all of the challenges head-on and have made several adjustments to the meet those demands.

Who would have thought that we would out-grow this beautiful new facility but we are busting at the seams so plans are underway for an expansion. The manufacturing cells have all been re-worked for better flow to handle the increased demands and we have acquired more warehouse space which will allow us to increase our finished goods stock. We have significantly increased the number of employees and are currently adding more employees to the factory which will allow us to manufacture and ship faster; which I know is something that you all will like to hear.

We are now asking all of you to participate in the attached survey so we can be sure to address all of the needed changes. This survey will also allow us to provide feedback to our people and recognize those that stand out.

So with this survey we will recognize the department that is doing things above and beyond to offer outstanding service with a Nice Lunch so while you are completing the survey please be thinking of those people who stand out in your mind.
