Responsible for the coordination of the different areas of the department being a solid support for those areas where there are gaps. He/she must analyze with a critical mind, the administrative accounting processes, proposing improvements and promoting the automation of processes and the unity and coherence of the data used.

Generate and use data analysis and advise senior managers on profit-maximizing ideas, which can help optimize company profits over time by making intelligent decisions for investments or spending funds to have the greatest return on investment. Needs to have excellent communication skills since he/she works closely with managers and other decision-makers. He/she also needs to be experienced with various financial software applications to process financial information and create models for other departments.

Responsible for verifying and analyzing financial transactions including AP, AR, inventory and standard cost transactions along with reconciling account balances, maintaining general ledger records and preparing financial reports including month-end close procedures. Cross-trained to provide backup to other positions within the accounting function.

Western
Regional Manager

Remote position

Under the general supervision of the National Sales & Marketing Director, the Regional Sales Manager, Western Territory (13 states) is responsible for securing and managing distributors, field Sales Reps/District Managers within the Region to meet planned territory sales objectives. The position requires that the Regional Sales Manager secure adequate distribution channels within the Region to ensure proper coverage and market penetration, and is also required to assist the National Sales & Marketing Director  in developing realistic sales plans that will ensure profitable long-range growth. Develop positive relationships working with the field sales team to secure orders through phone and in-person calls on traditional distributors, national accounts, warehouse distributors, equipment specialists, buying groups, oil jobbers and other customers within the assigned region to meet planned objectives.

Prefer candidate to reside in Southern California or Phoenix close to a major airport.
